At SHrace Wheels Bike S.à r.l., all our wheels are handcrafted to order with particular attention to quality, safety, and performance.
Production Time
Production times vary depending on the complexity of the build and the availability of components. An estimated delivery date is provided to the customer after the order has been confirmed.
Shipping and Delivery
Once manufacturing is complete, the wheels are carefully packed and shipped to the address provided during the order. Delivery is considered complete when the package is handed over to the carrier.
A tracking number is provided by email as soon as the package is shipped.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to Luxembourg, France, Belgium, and throughout the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, please contact us in advance at contact@shrace.fr.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and the total weight of the package. Costs are clearly displayed before payment.
Responsibility
SHrace Wheels cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or for incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
Product Receipt
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of the package upon delivery. In the event of visible damage or a damaged package, please note specific comments on the delivery slip and inform us within 24 hours at contact@shrace.fr.
Returns
In case of an accepted return (excluding custom products), items must be returned complete, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For more information, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions.
