From order to delivery

Build times
They vary depending on the complexity of the build and the availability of components. A personalised estimate is provided once your order is confirmed.

Handbuilt
Your wheels are built to order in our workshop.

Shipping
Once the build is complete, the wheels are carefully packed and shipped to the address given when ordering.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel ships.
Delivery is deemed completed once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
Delivery areas
We deliver to Luxembourg, France, Belgium and throughout the European Union.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the destination country and the total weight of the parcel. They are clearly shown before payment.
Receiving your order: check it on delivery
It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the parcel on delivery. In case of visible damage or a damaged parcel, the customer must record specific reservations on the carrier's delivery note and inform us within 24 hours at [email protected].
Returns
For accepted returns (excluding customised products), items must be returned complete, unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

SHrace Wheels cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier or by an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
